This provides an example of how to prepare memoranda and letters letters with a USM letterhead in LaTeX.

Processing the files
To process the file let.tex, for example, execute

  latex let

then process for printing using

  dvips let

To preview the file use

  ghostview let.ps

Previewing the files
To preview the choices using xdvi: let.dvi and memo.dvi, select the file with your browser.

To preview the choices using postscript: let.ps and memo.ps, select the file with your browser.
