Notification of registration status

Please provide the information requested. The purpose is to provide an electronic mail address for communication and to provide information validating your course selection. This information is for class record keeping and does not change your obligation to implement any official course changes with the registrar and your academic department.

The information is used to generate your electronic grade sheet.

whether your form has been accepted (allow 1 day for processing). If your name does not show up and you have cleared your web browser cache (press SHIFT + RELOAD), please send your registration number to Joseph.Kolibal@usm.edu .
